Description
Sloth Mode Chocolate Cake or Muffin Mix 600mg
This is a powder premix containing flour, baking soda, salt, sugar, cocoa powder, maltodextrin, soy lecithin, distillate.
Makes 1 x 600mg 300mm x 220mm pan or about 12 x 50mg muffins.
Instructions
2 large eggs
3/4 cup milk
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1.Mix together eggs, milk, vanilla, and oil until well blended.
2. Add Muffin mix and stir until completely combined.
3. Pour batter into greased 300mm x220mm pan or divide into cupcake liners. Fill lined muffin tin 3/4 full
4. Bake cake at 175c degrees f for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
5. Bake cupcakes at 175c degrees f for 15-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
6. Cool Completely and frost as desired.
This is a great base you can always add for favourite fillers like fruits, nuts, and cream fillings. Not to mention the endless possibilities for toppings.
