Sloth mode brownie mix 600mg

This is a powder premix containing flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, maltodextrin, soy lecithin, distillate.

Makes about 12 x 50mg brownies.

Instructions

2 eggs

1/2 cup (113g) butter melted

1 teaspoon vanilla optional

1. Preheat oven to 175c and spray a 200x200mm pan with non-stick spray

2.melt butter and set aside to cool.

3. In a medium bowl, beat two eggs and vanilla extract with a hand-held mixer.

4 Add the egg mixture and melted butter to the brownie mix stir until just incorporated.

5. Add batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-22 minutes.

This is a great base you can always add for favourite fillers like m&m’s, nuts, chocolates, potato ships, gram crackers
